About Us

Our Mission:

We provide in-depth cardiac, cancer and metabolic wellness programs to identify early risk factors and prevent events. We do annual NFPA 1582 Medical Exams, OSHA Medical Exams as well as complete Primary Care Services.

We schedule group testings and see new patients Monday through Friday in our new Mesa office. We are also working on opening a Phoenix Office in Jan 2018.

We are unique in our ability to bring our service to your area. If you are interested in on-site, group testing, please contact the office# 480-999-7911

Our Inspiration:

Our program exists because of the tragic loss of 3 firefighters to heart disease in a 15 month time period. Our goal is to identify disease and prevent events using advanced testing and education of risk factors.

Who We Serve:

HeartFit For Duty serves multiple Fire Departments and Police Departments from both Arizona and Massachusetts. Along with individual members from a multitude of Fire and Police agencies in both locales.
