Orange Theory Inspired Workout:
25 minute treadmill AMRAP:
5 minute walking warm-up
.25 mile run (push pace)
.05 mile walk (recovery)
Repeat ‘as many rounds as possible’ in 25 minutes
Bodyweight Exercises:
4 Rounds:
10 jump squats
5 burpees
10 plank shoulder taps
20 alternating lunges
20 air squats
10 push ups
