Jog 4 laps (1 mile)
50 pushups, 50 sit ups
Jog 3 laps (.75 mile)
40 mountain climbers, 40 crunches
Jog 2 laps (.50 mile)
30 squats, 30 bicycle crunches
Jog 1 lap (.25 mile)
20 burpees, 20 russian twists
