Workout of The Day: December 8th

Warm-up: 5 minutes on treadmill, bike or elliptical
Do each exercise for :20 seconds with :10 seconds of rest in between.

Set 1:
Jumping jacks
Sit-ups
High knees
Push-ups
Repeat!

Set 2:
Jump squats
Bicycle crunches
Mountain climbers
Burpees
Repeat!

Cool down: 5 minutes on treadmill, bike or elliptical
