Leg Day Workout:
Warm-up: walk 2 minutes, jog 2 minutes, sprint 1 minute. Repeat 1 time.
Walking lunges, 20
Squat and press, 15
Burpees, 10
Step ups, 20
Squat jumps, 10
Wall sit, 60 seconds
Repeat circuit 3 times!
