Repeat circuit 3 times through
Side to side squats, :60 seconds
Single leg deadlift, :30 seconds each leg
Jump squats, :60 seconds
Alternating side lunges, :60 seconds
Quick feet, :60 seconds
Lunges, :30 seconds each leg
Squat boxer punch, :60 seconds
Skaters, :60 seconds
Jumping jacks, :60 seconds
Rest 2 minutes
