Circuit 2:
Push-ups :30 seconds
Hooks :30 seconds
Jump rope :60 seconds

Circuit 3:
Push-ups :30 seconds
Uppercuts :30 seconds
Jump rope :60 seconds

Complete 3 sets of each circuit!
