Chest Workout:
Pec fly with dumbbells, 3 sets of 15 reps
Push up with shoulder tap, 3 sets of 15 reps
Seated military press with dumbbells, 3 sets of 15 reps
Tricep dips, 3 sets of 15 reps
Dumbbell bent over row, 3 sets of 15 reps
Push up with dumbbell row, 3 sets of 15 reps
Tricep overhead press, 3 sets of 15 reps
