Workout of The Day: May 25th

Total Body Kettlebell Workout:

Repeat circuit 3 times through. Rest 2 minutes after each circuit.

Russian twists with kettlebell: 15 reps on each side

Pushups on kettlebell: 8 reps

Kettlebell swings onto toes: 20 reps

Plie’ with upright row: 15 reps

Plie’ squats with kettlebell: 20 reps

Overhead extensions: 15 reps

Side lunges with kettlebell: 10 reps each side
