Abs and Cardio Workout:

Warm-up on treadmill, 5 minutes walking, 10 minutes jogging (6.0 mph)

Perform each exercise for 3 rounds of 15 reps.

Scissor crunches

Starfish crunches

Mountain climbers

Side plank, :30 seconds each side

Burpees

Plank :30 seconds
