Workout of The Day: May 19th

Arms and Shoulders Workout:

Warm up on the elliptical for 15 minutes

Perform each exercise for 3 sets of 15 reps.

Tricep kickbacks (15 reps each side)

Bicep curls

Push press

Lying tricep extensions

Hammer curls

Lateral raise

Front raise

Bent over lateral raise

Shoulder press
