Warm-up: Treadmill for 10 minutes: 2 min walk, 2 min run, 2 min jog, 2 min sprint, 2 min walk

Circuit:

:20 second plank

30 crunches

40 russian twists

5 lying leg raises

50 bicycle crunches

30 mountain climbers

:30 second plank

20 flutter kicks

10 leg climber crunches

10 v-ups

15 oblique crunches, each side

20 russian twists

10 lying leg raises

30 bicycle crunches

20 mountain climbers

:50 second plank

Repeat!
