Slow Cooker Tri-Tip

 

Ingredients:

1 Whole Tri-Tip (About 2 Lbs)
Worcestershire Sauce- use to marinate meat

Seasonings- salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary
Aluminum Foil

Instructions:

Marinate meat in worcestershire sauce overnight or at least 3 hours. Coat meat in seasonings on both sides. Wrap tightly in foil so no juices can escape, this makes for juicy and tender meat which will fall apart when slicing. Cook on low for 8 hours.
