Workout of The Day: April 11th

7 Minute AMRAPS Workout:

Complete each 7 minute “as many rounds as possible” before moving onto the next, rest 3 minutes in between each round.

7 Minute AMRAP #1: 10 push ups, 20 walking lunges, 30 jump rope

7 Minute AMRAP #2: 5 burpees, 10 dumbbell push press, 15 sit ups

7 Minute AMRAP #3: 15 squats, 10 kettlebell swings, 5 pull ups
