Strong Leg Workout: Perform each exercise for 20 reps and repeat the circuit 3 times through.
Adductor/Inner thigh machine, Leg press/Machine squat press, Barbell squat, Dumbbell lunges, Stiff legged barbell deadlift, Seated leg extensions, Flutter kicks, Swiss ball crunches, Wall sit for 60 seconds
