Chest Workout: warm-up on treadmill for 15 minutes, moderate intensity. Perform each exercise 15 reps, 3 sets.
Barbell chest press
Dynamic clap push-up
Barbell pullover/ lying chest overhead extension
Push up
Butterfly/Seated machine fly
Decline push up
Incline dumbbell bench press
Spider-Man push up
Standing cable crossover/fly
Plank :60 seconds
