Workout of The Day: February 20th

HIIT Cardio: Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, with 15 seconds rest in between. Repeat circuit 4 times through.
1. Jumping Jacks
2. Mountain Climbers
3. Skipping Rope
4. Burpees
5. Squats
6. Butt Kicks
7. Squat Jumps
