Workout of The Day: February 9th

Leg Day Workout:
Cardio Warm up- 10 minutes high incline treadmill
Side shuffle- 40 sec (x3)
Calf raises- 40 sec (x3)
Lunge to kick- 60 sec (x3)
Sumo squats- 60 sec (x3)
Side lunges- 30 sec each side (x3)
Single leg deadlifts- 30 sec each side (x3)
Cardio Cool down- 10 minutes high incline treadmill
