Workout of The Day: January 31st

Cardio Day: Perform intervals on your favorite cardio machine (treadmill, bike, elliptical, etc.)
5 minutes warm-up (low level), 5 minute intervals of medium speed to 5 minutes sprint for a total of 30 minutes. 5 minute cool down (low speed). 40 minutes total.
