Yoga Flow Workout: Hold each pose for 40 seconds with a 20 second break in between each pose.
Forward bend, Chair pose, Downward facing dog, Dolphin pose, One leg downward facing dog (right then left), Camel pose, Cobra pose, Upward facing dog, Forearm plank, Side forearm plank (right then left), Bridge pose, Warrior 1, Warrior 2, Warrior 3, Triangle pose, Tabletop, Child’s pose, Corpse pose.
