Leg Day Workout:
Warm-up: Treadmill with 5.0 incline at 3.8 mph
Barbell Deadlift: 4 sets, 12 reps
Dumbell Squat to Calf Raise: 4 sets, 12 reps
Lunge to Knee Drive: 4 sets, 12 reps
[Take 30 second rest between sets] Cool-down: Treadmill with 5.0 incline at 3.5 mph
