Abs and Cardio:
30 jumping jacks
4 burpees
2 star jumps
40 russian twists
20 oblique crunches (10 each side)
:30 sec side plank (:15 sec each side)
:40 sec plank
20 bicycles
5 burpees

1 minute rest, repeat circuit 3 times through
