CrossFit Workout
Warm-Up: 10 high knees, 10 jumping jacks, 10 push-ups, 10 squats. Repeat.
Workout: 15 minute ‘as many rounds as possible’
5 burpees, 10 squats, 5 burpees, 10 sit-ups, 5 burpees, 10 lunges (on each side)
