Back and Chest Workout: Repeat circuit 3 times, with 1 minute rest in between
Side shuffle- 60 sec
Chest press- 45 sec
Lying pullover- 45 sec
Chest fly, shoulder press- 45 sec
Bent over row- 45 sec
Deadlift wide row- 45 sec
Push press- 45 sec
Push ups- 60 sec
