Cardio Circuits: complete each circuit once, with 1 minute rest in between.
Warm up: 1 mile jog

Circuit 1
:30 sec push ups
:45 sec burpees
:60 sec jump rope

Circuit 2
:30 sec burpees
:45 sec crab walks
:60 sec jumping jacks

Circuit 3
:30 sec squats
:45 sec bicycle crunches
:60 sec plank

Circuit 4
:30 sec push ups
:45 sec flutter kicks
:60 sec side plank (:30 sec on each side)
