Core Strength Workout: Repeat each set 3 times. Rest 1 minute between sets.
Plank, :30 sec.
Swiss ball leg lifts, 15 reps.
Swiss ball knee tuck to chest, 15 reps.
Dumbbell side bend, 15 reps.
Heel touches/ oblique reach, :30 sec.
