Workout of The Day: December 9th

Kettlebell AMRAP:
Complete ‘as many reps as possible’ in 10 minutes, for each circuit. Total workout time: 30 minutes.
Circuit 1: 15 kettlebell swings, 15 around the world passes, 14 single arm rows (7 on each side), 10 burpees
Circuit 2: 15 kettlebell alternating swings, 15 kettlebell deadlifts, 15 russian twists, 20 mountain climbers
Circuit 3: 20 kettlebell walking lunges (10 on each side), 10 sumo squats, 15 figure 8s, 20 high knees
