Workout of The Day: December 7th

Shoulder Super Sets:
Repeat each superset 3 times. Rest 1 minute between each superset.
Superset 1: 15 shoulder press, 15 barbell upright row
Superset 2: 15 bent over lateral raise, 15 seated Arnold press
Superset 3: 15 dumbbell lateral raises, 15 dumbbell front raises
Superset 4: 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups
