Dumbbell Pullover 10 reps 5 sets
Assisted Pull ups 12 reps 5 sets
Lat Pull 10 reps 5 sets
Push ups 50 reps
Upright Row 12 reps 5 sets

Complete 6 six 30 second sprints with one minute walking. Walk at incline until you reach 15 minutes.
