Honey Balsamic Grilled Porkchops

Ingredients
  • For the pork chops:
  • 6-8 Iowa chops or butterfly chops
  • For the Barbecue Sauce:
  • 2 T honey
  • 1 T balsamic vinegar
  • 4 T ketchup
  • 2 T soft brown sugar
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 3 drops hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
  1. Grill the meat on medium heat until cooked through, about 10 minutes on each side.
  2. Mix the barbecue sauce together until combined. Brush onto chops during last 2 minutes of grilling.
