1.39 lbs of boneless/skinless chicken breast strips (diced into bite-size pieces)
1 TB olive oil
2 C chopped asparagus
1/2 tsp diced garlic
1/4 C lemon juice
In a wok – heat 1 TB olive oil. Add in diced chicken and saute until cooked.
Add 2 C chopped asparagus, stir together well. Add diced garlic and sesame seeds. Add in lemon juice. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer about 5 minutes.
