BLT Steak Salad


  • 1 1/2 lb boneless sirloin steak, trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg spring mix
  • 1 large beefsteak tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Preheat broiler. Sprinkle steak with seasoning and 1/4 tsp salt. Place steak on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 8 to 10 minutes or until to desired doneness, turning once. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain. Combine spring mix, tomato, onion and bacon in a large bowl. Whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, pepper and 1/4 tsp salt; drizzle over salad, tossing to coat. Divide salad into 6 servings; top with steak.
