Broiled Lemon-Pepper Flank Steak Spinach, Celery and Apple Salad

2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
2 tsp garlic salt
1¾ lb flank steak, trimmed

Preheat broiler. Combine oil, lemon juice, seasoning and garlic salt in a small bowl. Rub mixture over flank steak on a broiler pan rubbed with oil. Broil 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain.

3 Tbsp fresh orange juice
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp honey
1 (10-oz) bag baby spinach
2 cups sliced celery
2 red apples, thinly sliced

Whisk together orange juice, olive oil, and honey in a large bowl. Add spinach, celery, and apples; toss well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
