Complete each circuit as directed with 60 seconds of rest in between.

Warm up: 1 mile jog

Circuit 1:
60 second jump rope
45 second burpees
30 second push ups

Circuit 2:
60 second jumping jacks
45 second crab walks
30 second burpees

Circuit 3:
60 second plank
45 second bicycle crunches
30 second squats

Circuit 4:
60 second side plank
45 second flutter kicks
30 second push ups

Cool down: 1 mile jog
